Shipping & Delivery: We offer 2 type of shipping both safe and with trakking: The first one is the cheapest from the Royal Thai Post, it delivers in 18 to 20 days ,depending of the country, per air mail. It does offer trackking but it is not compatible with every country system. The second system is by EMS, it is more expensive but is the good choice if you are worried (e.g birthday,...) with time delay: 6 days delivery.


Privacy & Security: We do respect our people's privacy and do not exchange email list with other companies. Our sence of morals is there to protect you against spam. Concerning the purchase on this website , our partner Paypal is assuring that all your personnal information will be proctected. We do store emails, and names for contact purposes but credit card information are store at the Paypal website only.
Returns & Replacements: We do not accept returns or replacement. We guarantee that the product will be delivered by offering a tracking system if the tracker shows a lost product then the insurance will cover a refund.
Ordering: You can order from this website, from anywhere as long as you are in age and have a credit card or other Paypal compatible payment system.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We give the price in Euros as the Dollar is currently unstable and would require constan currencyt re-adjustment for us in Bangkok.
